🛍️ What products do you offer?

At Sweetiko you’ll find carefully curated products for babies and toddlers — from adorable accessories to items that support peaceful sleep and comfort.

🌍 Do you ship only within Poland?

Yes, we currently ship exclusively within Poland. However, we’re working to reach other countries soon.

⏳ How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days from the time of dispatch. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, BLIK, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.

🔁 Can I return a product?

Of course! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused product in its original condition and packaging.

💸 How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

📩 I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at kontakt@sweetiko.pl — we’ll try to update the address before the package leaves the warehouse.

❗ I received a damaged or incorrect product. What now?

We’re very sorry! Send us a message at kontakt@sweetiko.pl, attach a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it immediately — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
