🛍️ What products do you offer?
At Sweetiko you'll find carefully curated products for babies and young children — from adorable accessories to items that support peaceful sleep and your little one's comfort.
🌍 Do you only ship within Poland?
Yes, we currently fulfill orders exclusively within Poland. However, we're working to expand to other countries soon.
⏳ How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the time your order ships. Once your package is sent, you'll receive a tracking link.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, BLIK, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.
🔁 Can I return a product?
Of course! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused product in its original condition and packaging.
💸 How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
📩 I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@sweetiko.pl — we'll do our best to update the address before your package leaves the warehouse.
❗ I received a damaged or incorrect product. What now?
We're very sorry! Send us a message at kontakt@sweetiko.pl, include a photo and your order number. We'll take care of it right away — we'll send you a replacement or process a full refund, at no cost to you.
